Y. Yong Quek, CEO & Executive Director

Yong co-founded Prime Value in early 1998. As CEO and director, Yong has responsibility for overall business strategy and investment outcomes. Yong is also Managing Director & CIO of Shakespeare Property Group, managing a portfolio of commercial properties. Prior to founding Prime Value and Shakespeare Property Group, Yong was the Assistant Treasurer of Western Mining Corporation (WMC) Limited and a director of the WMC Superannuation Fund.
Yong has held various senior finance and treasury positions with Shell Australia Limited and the Australian Wheat Board. Yong is a director of a number of private companies. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants. Yong has more than 25 years of investment and risk management experience.

Henry started with Prime Value in 2017 as relationship manager for our growing Chinese investor base. Henry has considerable international banking experience working with Citibank and ANZ in Australia, China and Hong Kong. He brings to the group excellent experience in visa investment across a broad spectrum of investment classes, understands the Australian visa regulatory framework and works with clients to provide tailored solutions to their investment needs.
Daniel Leong, Head – International Investor Relations

Daniel joined the Prime Value team in 2018 to be responsible for our growing South East Asian investor relations. Daniel’s experience spans 35 years in financial services working both domestically and offshore in private banking and portfolio management. Since immigrating 14 years ago from Malaysia, he had worked in ANZ Bank as a Senior Private Banker where he managed and serviced both local and international high networth clients providing tailored financial and investment solutions. He has vast and considerable experience in retail & private banking, investments and portfolio management. He also understands multi-shore and international jurisdiction of banking, equities and investment markets. His focus is in helping migrants transition into Australia and also guiding investors on investment solutions, including those seeking Significant Investor Visa (SIV). Daniel previously held senior positions as Executive Director of two largest local stockbroking companies in Malaysia, which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of listed companies on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.
Brittany Shazell, Investor Relations Executive & Executive Assistant to the CEO

Brittany is the Executive Assistant to the CEO and is responsible for investor relations along with operational and administration matters. Prior to joining Prime Value, Brittany has experience providing executive support globally and managing events.
Julie Abbott, Client Services Executive
Julie manages the client database and is responsible for client administration and services. Prior to joining Prime Value in 2005, Julie worked for WMC and Macquarie Bank in various client service roles.
Serena Shi, Client Services Executive
B Com (Accounting)
Serena manages the client database and is responsible for client administration and services. Prior to joining Prime Value in 2016, she was a Senior Officer in ANZ Global Markets. Serena has over 8 years of experience in the banking industry and holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce (Accounting).
Dora Grieve, Client Services Officer
Dora has an extensive customer service background with over 15 years of experience globally. She is responsible for client administration and assists with the smooth running of the office. After moving to Australia and prior to joining Prime Value, Dora worked for Colliers International and UNSW Global, in Sydney.
