Prime Value Asset Management launched its Select Mortgage Income Fund in 2018. The Select Mortgage Income Fund allows investors to achieve regular income through a choice of loans which are secured by real property mortgages and/or security interests.
Strict lending guidelines and prudent risk management are applied to ensure capital protection. Since inception the Select Mortgage Income Fund has generally achieved between 6% to 10% per annum in returns for its investors.
