Property assets are managed by Prime Value Asset Management’s sister company Shakespeare Property Group. It specializes in assessing, quantifying and managing property-related risks.

 

The first commercial property syndicate was launched in 2002, over the years further property funds have been offered to investors. The current portfolio of assets – which covers the commercial office, hotel and retail property classes – spans five states and four capital cities.

Since inception the Property funds have generally achieved IRR of 15%+ in returns for investors.
