Together with our sister company Shakespeare Property Group, Prime Value now manages in excess $1.5 billion in asset classes covering equities, income securities, property, and alternative assets.
We have two funds – the Prime Value Enhanced Income Fund (called the Prime Value Cash Plus Fund until 20 December 2020), and the Prime Value Diversified High Income Fund – both funds dedicated to providing a periodic and reliable income to investors. The Enhanced Income Fund has a lower risk and generally lower return compared to the Diversified High Income Fund.

The firm’s investment philosophy and process have been effective through many economic and market cycles—as a result, we are recognised as a leading equity investor, with an established track record which serves as a foundation for future success.
Prime Value Asset Management launched its Select Mortgage Income Fund in 2019. The Select Mortgage Income Fund allows investors to achieve regular income through a choice of loans which are secured by real property mortgages and/or security interests.
Strict lending guidelines and prudent risk management are applied to ensure capital protection. Since inception the Select Mortgage Income Fund has achieve 7.0% plus per annum in returns for its investors.
Income Securities, Equities and Property are core to our investment philosophy but in our changing real and investment landscape, resilient portfolios require new thinking, adaptability and patience. Prime Value Alternative Assets are investments in real assets in sectors underpinned by global macro trends.
Property assets are managed by Prime Value Asset Management’s sister company Shakespeare Property Group. It specializes in assessing, quantifying and managing property related risks.
The first commercial property syndicate was launched in 2002, over the years further property funds have been offered to investors. The current portfolio of assets – which covers the commercial office, hotel and retail property classes – spans five states and four capital cities and is in excess of $1 billion. Since inception the Property funds have achieved 15.0% plus per annum in returns for investors.
